Our rates are designed to offer exceptional value and flexibility for your organizing needs.

Hourly Rates:

$75/one organizer (4 hour minimum)
$100/two organizers (4 hour minimum)

What’s Included:

Personalized Organizing Plan:
Tailored strategies and solutions designed around your goals, lifestyle, and space.

Hands-On Decluttering:
Support with sorting, categorizing, and reducing clutter at your pace.

Space Planning:
Guidance on optimizing layout, flow, and storage for long-term functionality.

Organizing Techniques:
Implementation of sustainable systems to keep your space tidy and easy to maintain.

Labeling:
Clear labeling to support organization and long-term usability.

Product Research & Recommendation:
Suggestions for storage solutions and organizing tools (product costs not included).

Emotional Support:
Compassionate, judgment-free help as you make decisions about your belongings.

Drive Time & Fuel:
Travel time and fuel within our standard service area are included. (Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this radius.)

What’s Not Included:

Additional Organizing Products:
The cost of any storage solutions, containers, or organizational products is not included in the hourly rate. We can recommend and assist with purchasing these items if needed.

Moving Services:
Our services focus on organizing and decluttering, and do not include physical moving or transportation of items.

Cleaning Services:
While we help with decluttering, cleaning and maintenance tasks are not part of our organizing services.

Additional Charges:

Hazardous Waste Cleanup
If a space contains materials requiring additional safety precautions (for example rodent droppings, biohazards, or other hazardous waste), a hazardous waste cleanup charge may apply. This fee accounts for additional protective equipment and the extra time required for cleaning rather than organizing. The charge is determined based on the scope and conditions identified by the organizers.

Let’s start with a quick, 15-minute chat to learn about your space, your needs, and how we can help! This is a fun, no-pressure way to see if we’re a good fit.
2. In-Person Consultation

We’ll meet in your space to see it firsthand, discuss your goals, and start brainstorming ideas to make it work better for you.
3. Project Proposal & Initial Estimate

After our consultation, we’ll put together a customized plan with an estimated timeline and cost so you know exactly what to expect.
4. Contract & Schedule

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the details, get everything in writing, and set a date to begin transforming your space.
5. Let’s Get to Work Organizing!

This is where the magic happens! We’ll sort, declutter, and create a system that works for you—making the process fun and stress-free along the way
